An exhilarating sport you and your dog can share, all-breed agility sports build teamwork and fitness. At the same time, your dog has the joy of rapidly leaping over, under, around, and through obstacles like jumps, tunnels, weave poles, tire jumps, seesaws, and more. Everyone—dogs, exhibitors, and on-lookers—enjoy the action-packed fun.
Beartooth Agility Club of Montana (BACM) plans three AKC Licensed All-Breed Agility Trials under Judge Paula Ratosa on Friday, September 27, Saturday, September 28, and Sunday, September 29, 2024, at Yellowstone Dog Sports near Roberts, Montana. Entries are open from 8:00 a.m., August 5, until closing on September 13, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. The Trial hours are from 7:00 am until 30 minutes after the last run.
Agility Premium
Our venue offers a beautifully appointed agility ring indoors on artificial turf with rubber infill. To keep our turf in tip-top condition, we ask that you wear dedicated indoor shoes when on the indoor turf. This reduces the amount of sand, gravel, dirt, mud, and grit that conspire to age our new turf prematurely. Bring a pair of outdoor shoes to wear when you need to venture into the great outdoors. Agility obstacles will meet the specifications described in the current AKC Regulations for Agility Trials.
The sponsors welcome and encourage Junior Handlers with an AKC Junior Handler number to participate in this all-breed agility event.
Indoor crating space is available on rubber mats over dirt. Please take only the space you need. Ex-pens may be used only if they house multiple dogs. On Friday, the building will be open for exhibitors at 6:30 a.m.
